微积分在可持续发展理论中的应用及教学案例研究

摘 要 本文借助左右极限、带间断点积分等微积分基本知识,拓展传统的收入分配基尼系数,构建了一类以连续分布为基础的环境基尼系数计算方法,并将其运用到区域经济的可持续发展评估中。运用该基尼系数对我国十五至十二五期间的区域经济的可持续特征进行了评价分析,结果表明,十二五期间的经济、生态空间均衡性,相比于十五、十一五时期得到一定的提升,但仍有提升空间。本文建立的方法为产业经济学理论提供了一个系统的实践教学案例。

Abstract This paper expands the traditional income Gini coefficient, and constructs a kind of environmental Gini coefficient based on the continuous distribution using left and right limit and discontinuous point integration. This paper uses the Gini coefficient to evaluate the economic and ecological balance of China during the period from fifteen to 12th Five-Year. The results showed that, comparing with the period of fifteen and 11th Five-Year, the space balance of economic and ecological in 12th Five-Year has been improved. The method established in this paper provides a systematic practical teaching case for the theory of industrial economics.

1 引言
可持续发展理论内容丰富,是经济、环境等学科领域的重要研究方向。区域经济发展的经济、生态协调性,是评估区域经济可持续发展的重要指标之一。然而这类重要研究内容在各相关学科的教学中,普遍缺乏与实际问题、前沿问题相结合的教学内容。环境基尼系数是近年来被运用于区域经济可持续研究的重要工具,在这方面的教学案例则更为稀少。将传统的收入分配基尼系数概念引入到资源消耗、污染排放与经济增长的协调性评价中,是将不同空间范围内的产业产出看成是资源环境的投入结果。排放一定比例的污染物、消耗一定比例的资源,需要获得相同比例的产出。越来越多的学者应用该方法评价区域经济的可持续发展。[1-5]但上述研究中的环境基尼系数局限于收入分配基尼系数概念的直接转换,忽视了两种基尼系数的内在区别。……
