【摘要】社会主要矛盾转化为人民对美好生活的需要和不平衡、不充分的发展之间的矛盾，那么通过教育供给侧结构改革提高课程质量成为必然。本文通过《旅游资源评价与开发》课程改革，探讨如何在三个方面抓住核心教学目标，（1）知识前瞻性；（2）兴趣引入性；（3）形式创新性，从而帮助学习者实现理论与实践的协同发展。

【Abstract】The main contradiction of the society is transformed into the contradiction between the people？蒺s need for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequately developed development，then through the education supply side improve the quality of curriculum reform become inevitable. Through the course reform of tourism resources evaluation and development， this paper discusses how to grasp the core teaching objectives in three aspects， （1） knowledge foresight； （2） interest introduction； （3） the form is innovative， thus helping learners achieve the collaborative development of theory and practice.

一、引言

随着经济全球化的发展和人们生活水平的日益提高，国内大众对优质教育资源的需求不断增加，因此教育课程改革势在必行。推进课程改革，对实现学校的提升尤其重要。

二、供给侧改革

党的十九大提出，中国特色社会主义进入新时代，我国社会主要矛盾已经转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾，这是我党根据我国经济社会发展进入新阶段的国情作出的重大判断[1]。我国十三五规划中，提出了“供给侧”的概念，从供给和生产入手，然后解放生产力，提高生产力，促经济的发展。在这样的经济背景下，传统的教育已经不能完全满足社会的需求，因此，如何来提高高等教育的吸引力，成为亟待解决的问题。党的十九大报告在“优先发展教育事业”的部署中明确指出，“加快一流大学和一流学科建设，实现高等教育的内涵式发展。……
