摘 要 教育的核心是激发学生的智慧、善良和爱，学生是发展的人，而激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，使学生树立自信心，养成良好的学习习惯是学生学好英语的前提。要让学生喜欢英语，首先教师和学生都要有正确的心态；接着是利用教师的人格魅力去吸引自己的学生，融洽师生关系；然后是营造灵活有趣的英语课堂学习气氛，充分调动学生的英语学习积极性；最后是灵活多变的学法指导，课内外结合，通过不同途径多种手段让学生能够展示自我，多方面设法让学生真正喜欢英语，从而激发他们的潜能。

Abstract The core of education is to inspire students' wisdom， kindness， and love. Students are the people who develop. Inspiring and cultivating students' interest in learning English makes students feel confident and develop good study habits is a prerequisite for students to learn English well. To enable students to enjoy English， first teachers and students must have the right attitude； then use teachers' charisma to attract their students and integrate teacher-student relationships； then create a flexible and interesting English classroom learning atmosphere to fully mobilize students English learning enthusiasm； Finally， flexible and flexible learning method guidance， combining inside and outside classes， through a variety of means to allow students to show themselves， in many ways to try to make students really like English， so as to stimulate their potential.

1 培养正确的心态，教师要开心地教，学生才能快乐地学

有这样一句话：“大自然不会因为花不如树实用而冷落了花，也不会因为草不如树高大而冷落了草。面对长势不好的水稻，农民不会因此而埋怨水稻。”所以我们要坚信每一个学生都是人才，每一个学生都能成才，所有的学生都能学好，关键是能否让每一个学生充满自信。……
