摘 要 就业是民生之本，既关系到求职者的生存质量和人生价值的实现，更关系国家经济协调发展和社会和谐稳定。在就业环境不容乐观和高校毕业生数量大幅增加的双重压力之下，大学生的就业問题已成为社会的热门话题，尤其是文科类专业本科就业情况不容忽视。本文拟通过调研近几年在杭普通高校文科类专业本科就业情况，深入探讨90后本科生就业状况，旨在提升当下文科类专业大学生就业水平和就业质量。

Abstract Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood. It is not only related to the quality of life and the realization of the value of life， but also to the coordinated development of the country's economy and social harmony and stability. Under the dual pressure of employment environment is not optimistic and a substantial increase in the number of college graduates， the employment problem of university students has become a hot topic of the society， especially the liberal arts undergraduate employment situation cannot be ignored. This paper intends to investigate the employment status of liberal arts undergraduates in Hangzhou universities in recent years and explore the employment status of post 90s undergraduates in an effort to improve the employment level and employment quality of current liberal arts students.

就业是13亿多人口最大的民生，也是经济发展最基本的支撑。党的十八大提出，要“推动实现更高质量的就业”。《人力资源和社会保障事业发展“十三五”规划纲要》中也明确指出，要“着力解决结构性就业矛盾，有效应对失业风险，实现比较充分和更高质量的就业。”当今社会，科技经济发展飞速，市场竞争环境日益激烈，在就业环境不容乐观和高校毕业生数量大幅增加的双重压力之下，大学生的就业问题已成为社会的热门话题，①尤其从2013年开始，90后大学生开始占据劳动力市场的半壁江山。②根据全国高等学校学生信息咨询与就业指导中心最新的统计数据，2017年国际经济与贸易、法学、汉语言文学等10个普通高校本科文科类专业的毕业生规模最大，其中英语、会计学等文科类专业毕业生都超过10万人；从专业大类来看，经济学类、管理学类、文学类这三大文科类专业的本科就业难度指数（毕业生数量/需求岗位数）排在最前，文科类专业毕业生就业压力可见一斑。……
