[摘 要]中韩区域经济一体化朝着纵深发展，为两国企业拓展合作空间提供了便利条件。绥芬河市外部区域竞争纵深一体化发展格局已经形成，应积极打造绥芬河对韩跨境产业链和产业聚集带；建设绥芬河对韩境内外联动、上下游衔接的跨境产业合作基地，带动高附加值产品出口；加快绥芬河对韩跨境产业结构优化升级；推动绥芬河大通道生命线建设良性发展，从而逐步形成面向俄日韩、覆盖东北亚的强大经济辐射力。

Abstract： Regional economic integration between China and South Korea has been developing in depth and has provided convenient conditions for the two countries to expand their cooperation space. The development pattern of external area competition in depth and integration in Suifenhe city has been formed， and we should actively create Suifenhe cross-border industrial chain and industrial agglomeration belt in Korea； establish a cross-border industrial cooperation base linking both inside and outside the country and upstream and downstream to Korea； speed up the Suifenhe optimization and upgrade of the cross-border industrial structure in South Korea； and promot the development of the lifeline of the Suifenhe Great Passageway into a healthy development so as to gradually form a powerful economic radiation force for Russia， Japan and South Korea and Northeast Asia.

韓国是东北亚地区重要的经济体，也是中国的重要经济伙伴，中韩正式签署自贸协定为两国的经贸合作带来新机遇。受益于地缘优势影响，绥芬河市经济进入深入调整与再平衡的新常态，新形势呼唤生产链条的重组、治理体系的重塑，绥芬河市对外经贸的路径、模式、趋向均具有不同以往的新特征。绥芬河市委政府举办中韩自贸区地方经济合作示范区中韩企业对接合作洽谈会，未来如何推动哈绥俄亚陆海联运大通道的优势发挥，及绥芬河市对韩贸易未来发展前景竞争力预测，正成为当前绥芬河市委政府的重要研究课题。

一、哈绥俄亚陆海联运大通道为绥芬河市开展多领域对韩合作提供机遇

（一）哈绥俄亚陆海联运大通道竞争优势已经凸显

韩国釜山港是东北亚国际物流中转港口，部分货物来自中国黑龙江省，哈绥俄亚陆海联运通道的常态化运营，不仅能够给黑龙江省企业带来直接的便利，伴随着通道的常态化运营，货物量的不断增加，这条通道的竞争力也将越来越强。……
