【摘   要】 作为一部在儒家领域具有里程碑意义的典籍著作，《论语》主要记载了孔子及其弟子的言行，其中孔子凭借其言行向弟子传递出的一些为人处世的道理，时至今日仍然对于教育教学领域的德育工作与学生管理工作发挥着重要的价值，也为高校辅导员日常工作的开展与如何构建和谐的师生关系提供了借鉴意义。本文简要阐释了高校辅导员工作开展的难点问题，分析了《论语》中涵盖的德育价值，并围绕“仁学”、“爱教”、“德治”、“修身”等四个层面探讨《论语》中的德育价值在高校辅导员工作开展中的具体应用，以期为和谐师生关系的建构提供参考作用。

The value of moral Education in Analects of Confucius and the Development of College counselors' work

[Abstrasct] As a landmark book in the field of Confucianism， the Analects of Confucius mainly records the words and deeds of Confucius and his disciples. Today， it still plays an important role in moral education and student management in the field of education and teaching， and also provides a reference for the daily work of college counselors and how to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students. This paper briefly explains the difficult problems in the work of college counselors， analyzes the value of moral education contained in the Analects of Confucius， and revolves around “benevolence”， “love teaching”， “rule by virtue” and “self-cultivation”. In order to provide reference for the construction of harmonious teacher-student relationship， this paper probes into the concrete application of moral education value in the work of college counselors in the Analects of Confucius.

在紀念孔子诞辰2565周年的国际学术研讨会上，习近平总书记突出强调了《论语》中的教化价值及其对于新时代的思想引领意义，引导教育界工作者在日常教学管理工作的开展中赋予其新的时代含义。作为儒学中的经典著述，《论语》中涵盖的“仁”、“孝”、“忠”、“礼”等思想时至今日仍然对高校的德育工作发挥了重要的影响，也为辅导员日常工作的开展提供了指引作用。

1  高校辅导员工作开展的难点问题

受市场经济高速发展与多元文化格局形成的影响，当代大学生在日渐复杂的社会环境中难以有效寻求到道德标准与道德模范，致使道德信仰缺失的情况普遍存在，动摇了大学生的理想信念与人生追求。究其原因主要有以下四方面：
