【摘 要】工匠精神在思想政治教育的土壤中散发出新的含义，被赋予了特有的鲜活的生命力。以工匠精神打造高校思想政治理论课，通过培养工匠型的思政课教师队伍、挖掘整合各学科的思想政治教育资源、以以人为本的思想深化课程内容建设，创新教育教学方法、以文化自信为引领，做好固本和铸魂工程等举措，全面推进思政课教学改革，着力提升思政课教育教学水平。

【Abstract】 The craftsman spirit exudes a new meaning in the soil of ideological and political education， and is endowed with unique fresh vitality. To create the ideological and political theory course of the university with the craftsman spirit， through the cultivation of craftsman teachers of ideological and political courses， to tap and integrate the ideological and political education resources of various disciplines， to deepen the course content construction with people-oriented thinking， to innovate teaching methods， and taking cultural self-confidence as the guide to do the solid foundation and the casting soul project， in order to improve the level of ideological and political education， and improve the reform of ideological and political teaching.

1 引言

2017年的《政府工作报告》提出，“要大力弘扬工匠精神，厚植工匠文化，恪尽职业操守，崇尚精益求精，培育众多‘中国工匠，打造更多享誉世界的‘中国品牌。” 提出“工匠精神”以来，这个词语的热度不减，成为中国发展语境中的重要概念，工匠精神代表着追求完美、耐心专注、一丝不苟、不走捷径的态度。工匠精神不仅仅适用于制造业、经济学、管理学和技术科学等多个角度和技术领域，各行各业都需要工匠精神，用工匠精神打造思政课，也是应然之举。

2 正确认识工匠精神的内涵

工匠精神是中华民族传统文化中蕴藏的一块瑰宝，当前整个社会都在呼唤工匠精神，这反映了人们对精益求精、笃实专注、不懈创新的精神的一种渴望。那么，究竟什么是工匠精神呢？在新的时代弘扬和践行工匠精神，打造思政课教育教学，须深入把握其内涵和实现途径。

工匠精神是一个可从多角度理解的范畴，但无论我们怎么去定义这一范畴的内涵，都是指高超的技艺和精湛的技能，严谨细致、专注负责的工作态度，精雕细琢、精益求精的工作理念，以及对职业的认同感、责任感。……
