【摘 要】旅游业在不同的发展阶段，旅游经济对生态环境的影响呈现出不同的特点。良好的生态环境是旅游经济持续发展的必要条件，旅游经济的发展应遵循经济发展规律，用经济收入创造条件服务生态环境保护。旅游经济与生态环境二者存在辩证统一的关系。如何实现旅游经济与生态环境的协调发展，可以从开发生态旅游、引导旅游行为，多方协同合作、实现动态平衡等方面采取相应措施。

【Abstract】Tourism has different characteristics on the ecological environment in different stages of development. A good ecological environment is a necessary condition for the sustainable development of tourism economy. The development of tourism economy should follow the law of economic development and create conditions for the protection of ecological environment with economic income. There is a dialectical relationship between tourism economy and ecological environment. How to achieve the coordinated development of tourism economy and ecological environment can take corresponding measures from the aspects of developing eco-tourism， guiding tourism behavior， cooperating with multiple parties and realizing dynamic balance.

良好的生態环境是旅游业持续发展的重要基础，旅游业又是资源依托型和环境依托型的产业，二者存在复杂的对立统一的辩证关系，如何在旅游发展过程中协调二者之间的关系，实现旅游业的可持续发展，一直是旅游学界研究的热点。Wall和Wright（1977）探讨了旅游对环境影响的概念、研究方法以及旅游活动与环境要素联系及影响的机制。[1]Stephen（1992）从土壤、植物、动物、水、噪声等五个自然环境要素研究旅游发展对自然环境产生影响，认为旅游发展对目的地生态环境同时存在消极和积极两种作用。[2]崔凤军（1998）构建了旅游环境承载力的理论模型，并给出了生态环境对旅游产业发展承载能力的定量计算方法。[3]学界对旅游经济与生态环境二者关系的研究既有定性分析也有定量分析，无论用何种方法对二者的关系进行探讨，其根本都会回归旅游经济与生态环境的协调发展。……
