干预组患者在常规护理的基础上采用人文关怀护理模式进行护理。对比2组患者不同护理生活质量和满意度情况的差异性。结果：护理后，干预组 SQLS 生活质量评分（25.01±1.03）分，明显低于常规组（P<0.05）；干预组住院时间为（5.13±0.24）d，明显低于常规组（P<0.05）。结论：人文关怀在老年精神分裂症患者护理中的应用价值显著，可推广应用。

Abstract Objective： to evaluate the application value of humanistic care in elderly patients with schizophrenia. Methods： a total of 130 elderly patients with schizophrenia admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected as subjects. Patients in the conventional group received nursing care in the conventional nursing mode， while patients in the intervention group received nursing care in the humanistic care mode on the basis of conventional nursing. The differences in quality of life care and satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared. Results： after nursing care， the SQLS quality of life score （25.01 + 1.03） in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group （P<0.05）. The length of stay in the intervention group was 5.13 + 0.24 d， significantly lower than that in the conventional group （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： humanistic care is of great value in the nursing of elderly patients with schizophrenia and can be widely used.

精神分裂癥的主要病因上睡眠障碍，改善睡眠是治疗中的关键。精神分裂症（Schizophrenia）指一系列临床症状所组成的严重精神病综合征[1]，好发于老年人群中，属于临床常见的疾病之一。在积极治疗的基础上，寻求有效的护理之法，是本文研究的目的。我院选取130例老年精神分裂症患者为研究对象，评价人文关怀在老年精神分裂症患者护理中的应用价值。具体的试验报告内容如下文所示。

1 对象和方法

1.1 研究对象 抽取2017年8月-2018年8月期间我院接收并治疗的老年精神分裂症患者130例为研究对象，分为常规组和干预组2组，每组各65名，常规组中，男35名，女30名。患者年龄62岁到79岁之间，平均（64.73±0.19）岁，病程2年到7年，平均病程为（4.72±0.59）年。干预组中，男30名，女35名。患者年龄63到80岁之间，平均（64.69±0.87）岁，病程2年到8年，平均病程为（4.78±0.68）年。本研究经医院伦理委员会批准。采用生物统计学方法，对本研究对象的一般资料进行分析，结果显示P值大于0.05，具有可比性。

1.2 研究方法 常规组患者采用常规护理模式进行护理，包括一般性用药指导和简单的口头教育等。干预组患者在常规护理的基础上采用人文关怀护理模式进行护理。（1）环境人文关怀护理。……
