【摘 要】林业不仅是改善环境的一大功臣，更是保证我国经济发展的一大命脉。可随着近年来经济的不断发展，人们对林业资源的需求量不断加大，人们开始无序的开采林业，肆意的索取林业资源带来的经济利益，却不考虑这种行为对环境造成的损害，更不思考这种营林生产模式存在的问题。所以，若想继续利用林业资源且使资源不会枯竭、环境不会恶劣，正确可持续发展的营林生产就显得至关重要。本研究提出了营林生产中存在的一些问题，并针对存在的问题提出了一些改进对策。

[Abstract] forestry is not only a great success in improving the environment， but also a vital lifeline for China's economic development. But with the continuous development of economy in recent years， the increasing demand of forestry resources of people， people began to disorderly exploitation of forestry， deliberately to obtain the economic benefits of forestry resources， but I do not consider the behavior of environmental damage， more not thinking about the problems existing in the forestry production mode. Therefore， it is very important to continue to utilize the forest resources and make the resources not exhausted and the environment is not bad. This paper presents some problems existing in the production of yinglin， and puts forward some countermeasures for the existing problems.

随着经济的不断发展，营林模式的改进和林业资源的合理利用一定是大势所趋。现如今，我国对林业资源需求量大，所以，只有解决了林业生产中已存在的一些问题，并建立完备的林业生产利用体系，才能真正的推动我国社会主义发展，实现可是资源持续发展的目标。希望本研究提出的一些改进策略能起到一些作用，为祖国发展贡献自己的一丝微薄之力。

1.营林生产存在的问题

1.1林木选种培育不合理

营林生产在林苗选择的时候，不能做到提前了解近几年的市场需要，多半是根据往年的购苗經验进行林苗的选择，而因为无法迎合市场需求，这就造成了市场林木供给与需求不匹配的情况；营林生产产业在选苗时种类选择情况也偏显单一，不能满足现在市场多类型多品种的市场要求。而且，在育种时，由于树苗数量有限，资源产出有限，再加良种林木基地建设存在一系列的问题，导致营林生产数量供不应求，而苗木质量也达不到国家的标准。……
