摘 要 德国的职业教育在世界上的成就都是有目共睹的，因其职业教育造就了德国高度发达的工业，德国职业教育以双元制著称，企业高度参与职业教育为他国提供了成功的实践经验。文章通过对比研究中德企业参与职业教育的途径、模式、制度等，在了解两国企业参与职业教育的共同点及差异的基础上探索中国职业教育与德国职业教育的差距，并从转变企业观念、建立有效的保障机制、加强企业与学校的沟通、地方发展特色职业教育等四个方面探寻中国企业参与职业教育的路径。

当前中国职业教育仍然是整个教育体系中的薄弱环节，职业教育面临诸多困难和问题。我国职业教育的问题突出表现在师资质量不足、毕业生考核不严、职业教育法制建设不全、教学管理等方面，尤其是企业的参与意识不强，职业教育依旧是政府主管下的行政化管理。德国是职业教育发展较早且成效显著的国家，德国经济的快速发展离不开职业教育的大力发展，通过对中德职业教育校企合作的比较，结合我国国情及职业教育的优势，借鉴德国职业教育发展的优势之处，特别是自2015年国家出台《关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》，大力发展职业教育已经不再停留在口号上，鼓励我国企业参与到职业教育中来，对于新形势下职业教育改革具有重要意义。……
