摘 要 专业认证对提升人才培养质量、实现人才跨国执业起着决定性作用。以江苏大学土木工程专业认证为例，结合学校新一轮本科培养计划修订工作，对土木工程应用型国际化人才培养实践思路以及主要改革与创新内容进行了论述，并提出了当前国际化人才培养所面临的问题与挑战。相关内容可为高校土木工程专业人才培养提供一定参考。

Abstract Professional certification plays a decisive role in improving the quality of personnel training and realizing transnational practice of qualified personnel. With the professional accreditation of civil engineering Jiangsu University as an example， combined with a new round of school undergraduate training plan revision work， the civil engineering practice of international talent cultivation ideas and the main content of the reform and innovation are discussed， and put forward the current problems and challenges facing the cultivation of internationalized talents. The relevant content can provide some reference for the training of civil engineering professionals.

0 前言

我國从2006年起就开始了中国工程教育认证的工作，并于2016年6月2日在吉隆坡召开的国际工程联盟大会上正式加入《华盛顿协议》，成为第18个会员国。[1]通过加入该协议，将促进中国工程教育人才培养质量标准与《华盛顿协议》的标准实质等效，推动教育界与企业界的紧密联系，对尽快提升中国工程教育水平和职业工程师能力水平，实现国家新型工业化的战略目标，提升中国工程制造业总体实力和国际竞争力等都具有十分重要意义。

江苏大学的土木工程本科专业始建于1998年。在学校的高度重视和大力支持下，本着“以评促建、以评促改、以评促管、评建结合、重在建设”的原则，我校土木工程专业于2015年8月向评估委员会提出评估（认证）申请，并于次年6月顺利通过。通过此次专业评估（认证）并结合全校2016版本科培养计划（方案）的修订，我们对当前土木工程专业人才培养要求和发展有了全新的认识和体会，现就专业人才培养的思路与发展要求谈一些感想。……
