【摘 要】近年来，随着国内经济的不断发展，国内医疗卫生事业一直处在高速发展的状态之中，这同样也对医务人员的思想政治素养提出了新的要求。尤其是对于青年医务人员来说，其刚刚参加工作，难免会存在思想或行为不成熟的问题，因此需要青年医务人员明确其自身应该承担的责任，形成正确的职业观念，还需要其具备良好的专业素养以及专业技能，但因为诸多因素的限制，使得对青年医务人员的思想政治教育难有成效。论文就如何加强青年医务人员的思想政治教育进行了探讨。

【Abstract】In recent years， with the continuous development of the domestic economy， the domestic medical and health services has been under the state of rapid development， it also puts forward new requirements on the ideological and political quality of the medical staffs. Especially for young medical workers， because just to work， so inevitably there are immature thoughts or behavior problems， we need the young medical personnel to clear its own responsibility， form a correct concept of occupation， but also need they have good professional qualities and professional skills. But because of many factors， the ideological and political education of young medical personnel is unlikely to be successful. This paper will discuss on how to strengthen the ideological and political education of youth medical personnel.

1 引言

我国政府对医疗体制的改革正在稳步推进之中，医疗市场的竞争也越来越激烈。基于以上现状，要想加快国内医疗卫生事业的发展进程必须重视青年医务人员的思想政治工作，为医院的发展做好人才保障工作。要充分发挥好思想政治工作的积极作用，并以此为依托不断提高青年医务人员的综合素质。要坚持以人为本的工作原则，坚持以科学发展观为指导理念不断改进这项工作，不断壮大青年医务工作者的队伍，为医院发展培养源源不断的高素质人才，让青年医务人员能够为医院的发展贡献自己的力量。
