【摘 要】在现阶段的制造行业中，核心企业的铁质折叠周转箱（周转箱）的运作管理中存在很多问题，主要表现在周转箱在企业的物料运输和制造过程中出现丢失现象，造成供应链的效率不高。此现象的出现不仅增加了运输成本，同时对企业的制造计划产生了一定的影响。因此，论文就当前周转箱的管理模型进行了分析，并探讨了新模型的建立，以期提高周转箱的管理水平和质量。

【Abstract】In the manufacturing industry at present， there are many problems in the operation and management of the iron folding turnover box （turnover box） in the core enterprises， which mainly shows the loss of material in the process of material transportation and manufacturing of the turnover box， which causes the efficiency of supply chain is not high. The emergence of this phenomenon not only increased the cost of transport， while the enterprise's manufacturing plan is impacted too. Therefore， this paper analyzes the current management model of turnover box and discusses the establishment of new model in order to improve the management level and quality of turnover box.

1 引言

铁质折叠周转箱的操作便利、功能强大，并且其使用的年限较长，是制造企业物流运输中首选的周转箱，其大大提高了企业的生产效率，进而促进了企业效益的提升。因此，在实际的应用过程中，周转箱的管理方法显得尤其重要，故本文对核心企业周转箱管理方法和应用的研究具有十分重要的意义。

2 周转箱的概述

本文中所说的周转箱指的是可以折叠的周转箱，并且是金属材料的周转箱。周转箱一般情况下应用在机械制造行业中。金属周转箱的容量非常大，可以将物料全部都装满，然后这些周转箱可以叠到四层左右，因此，其可以节约很大的空间，为企业带来很大的便利，提高企业的成本与效益。而随着物流现代化的不断发展，周转箱可以实现物流的通用化和一体化的管理，成为了现在流通企业和生产制造企业不可或缺的必需品。

3 核心企业的定义

本文中的核心企业指的是供应链核心企业，由于其一直以来没有确定的定义，因此，根据本文中所分析的A公司性质进行了简要定义：即组织和协调各种资源进行合理配置，并且提升自身竞争优势的企业[1]。……
