[摘要] 目的 分析以人为本理念在妇产科护理管理中的应用价值。方法 以124例妇产科患者为对象，按照数字抽签的形式，分为研究组与常规组，各62例。其中，常规组，采用常规护理模式，研究组，采用“以人为本”护理模式，对比分析护理效果。结果 对比护理满意度与住院时间，研究组明显优于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。对比并发症情况，研究组发生率为4.8%，常规组为12.9%，研究组明显低于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。对比患者负性情绪发生率，研究组明显低于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 妇产科护理管理中，应用“以人为本”护理模式，效果显著，具有推广价值。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the application value of people-oriented idea in the nursing management in the department of gynecology and obstetrics. Methods 124 cases of patients in our department were selected as the objects and randomly divided into two groups with 62 cases in each， the routine group adopted the routine nursing model， while the research group adopted the people-oriented nursing model， and the nursing effect was compared and analyzed. Results The nursing satisfactory degree and length of stay in the research group were obviously better than those in the routine group， and the differences were obvious with statistical significance（P<0.05）， and the incidence rate of complications in the research group was obviously lower than that in the routine group，（4.8% vs 12.9%）， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）， and the incidence rate of negative emotion in the research group was obviously lower than that in the routine group， and the difference was obvious with statistical significance（P<0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of people-oriented nursing model in the nursing management in the department of gynecology and obstetrics is obvious， which is of promotion value.

妇产科是医院科室重要组成部分，是医院重点科室之一，每日接收的患者数量多，工作量大，大大增加了医患纠纷的发生率。近些年，在科技发展的推动下，医疗水平不断提升，医疗改革不断推进，“生理—心理—社会”医疗模式得以践行，强化了患者的健康意识，进而对临床护理服务提出了更高的要求[1]。人性化管理模式，是顺应新时代发展需求所衍生出的护理方式，秉承着“以人为本”的基本理念，利用公开、公正的奖惩制度，充分调动护理人员的工作积极性与主动性，提高临床护理整体质量，强化团队合作意识，增加护理人员责任心，为患者提供高质量、全面的护理服务[2]。基于此，该院将以124例妇产科患者为对象，分别给予不同的护理方式，旨在分析以人为本理念在妇产科护理管理中的应用价值，现将研究结果报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

以2014年8月—2017年3月期间收治的124例妇产科患者为对象，按照数字抽签的形式，分为研究组与常规组，各62例。常规组，19～56岁为年龄区间，（32.5±10.84）岁为平均年龄。……
