摘 要 如今，英语已经成为我国除汉语之外的第二大工作语言，英语教育在我国各级学校也已得到有效实施。英语具有言本位的特征，英语阅读是英语教育教学的重要内容之一。在高职英语教学中，英语教师要注重培养学生的多元读写能力，以此来丰富学生的英语词汇，帮助学生更好地了解西方优秀文化，锻炼学生的英语思维和英语应用能力，提升学生运用英语知识进行跨文化交际的水平。

Cultivation of Multiple Reading and Writing Ability in

Higher Vocational English Reading Teaching

Abstract Nowadays， English has become the second largest working language besides mother tongue and Chinese language， and English education has also been effectively implemented in schools at all levels in China. English has the characteristics of "speaking standard"， and English reading is one of the important parts of English education and teaching. In Higher Vocational English teaching， English teachers should cultivate students' reading and writing ability， so as to enrich the students' English vocabulary， help students better understand the western culture， training students' thinking in English and English pragmatic ability， enhance students' use of English level in intercultural communication.

作為世界上通用性最强的语言，英语教育近些年来在我国各级学校得到高度重视。英语是进行跨文化交际的桥梁和媒介，在我国加入世贸组织和当今全球经济一体化发展日趋加速的背景下，英语的实用价值越来越凸显，应用范围也越来越广泛。高职院校是培养技能型高素质人才的平台，为提高人才培养质量，促进学生未来职业发展，必须要在教育教学实践中，加强对英语教育教学的重视。英语阅读教学是高职英语教育教学的重要内容，鉴于在信息化、科技化推动下，文化与语言逐渐呈现多样化特点，人们接受信息和表达意义的方式也更加丰富，这使得语言学习本质已经从传统的读书识字，开始转变为在交流中习得文化。因此，在英语阅读教学中，高职英语教师必须要加强对学生多元读写能力的培养，从而促进学生英语素质不断提高。
