[摘要] 目的 探讨针对性护理对眼科手术患者应激状况及护理满意度的影响。 方法 选择2015年1月～2016年12月在我院治疗的眼科手术患者120例为研究对象，随机分为干预组与对照组各60例。对照组给予常规护理，干预组在常规护理基础上给予安抚等针对性护理，比较两组患者术中、术前收缩压以及心率差，术中紧张、疼痛感等自我感知程度以及护理满意度。 结果 干预组术中、术前收缩压差以及心率差均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。干预组术中自我感知度轻度比例显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。干预组护理满意度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 针对性护理能够显著缓解眼科手术患者的应激反应情况，提高护理满意度。

Effect of targeted nursing on stress status and nursing satisfaction of eye surgery patients

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the effect of targeted nursing on stress status and nursing satisfaction of eye surgery patients. Methods 120 cases with eye surgery from Jan 2015 to Dec 2016 were selected as subjects. All cases were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group， each of 60 cases. The control group received the routine nursing， and the intervention group received targeted nursing based on the routine nursing. Systolic pressure difference and heart rate difference between intraoperative and preoperative of two groups were compared， and the degree of self-perception in tension， pain， and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results Systolic pressure difference and heart rate difference between intraoperative and preoperative of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group， which showed significant difference（P<0.05）. Mild proportion of the degree of self-perception of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group， which showed significant difference（P<0.05）.The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group， which showed significant difference（P<0.05）. Conclusion Targeted nursing for eye surgery patients can release stress reaction， and improve the nursing satisfaction.

眼科手術对患者来说是一种应激刺激，患者在手术前、手术中及手术后均会存在情绪波动，产生紧张、恐惧的不良情绪[1-2]。患者出现应激反应还会影响心率、血压等，影响手术的顺利进行，增加相关不良反应的发生[3]。我们对患者采用针对性的护理方式以缓解患者的应激状况，现将结果报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选择2015年1月～2016年12月在我院治疗的眼科手术患者120例为研究对象，随机分为干预

组与对照组各60例。纳入标准：所有患者均符合行眼科手术治疗，有手术指征，对治疗知情同意，对本研究知情同意，年龄≥18岁，既往无心理疾病，神经系统疾病。干预组60例，其中男25例，女35例；年龄21～55岁，平均（41.8±6.9）岁；对照组60例，其中男24例，女36例；年龄20～58岁，平均（42.1±9.9）岁。两组患者一般资料比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。本研究经过医院医学伦理会同意。e……
