【摘 要】随着国内经济的不断发展，企业所面临的经营环境的复杂程度也在逐渐增加。随着企业规模的不断扩大，企业的管理弊端被逐渐暴露出来。企业要想获得更好的发展，只有深化内部管理机制的改革，将现代管理理论与实践相结合，才能够不断提高自身的竞争力。论文从实际经验出发，对国内企业在管理上存在的弊端进行了总结，对如何完善其中的弊端提出了见解。

【Abstract】With the continuous development of the domestic economy， the complexity of the business environment faced by enterprises is also increasing. But with the continuous expansion of enterprises scale， the management shortcomings of enterprises are gradually exposed. In order to achieve better development， enterprises have to deepen the reform of the internal management mechanism， combine modern management theory with practice， and constantly improve their competitiveness. Based on practical experience， this paper summarizes the management shortcomings of domestic enterprises ， and puts forward some opinions on how to improve them.

1 引言

从本质上来说，国内经济是典型的区域性块状经济，在一定区域之内系列或者同类型产品的生产相对集中，但是因为缺乏必要的行业自律，因此很多企业都是依靠别家的产品来发家的。由于多方面因素的限制，国内企业主缺乏系统的管理方面的培训，文化素质大都有待提高，所以对于企业最重要的创新通常也就难以实现。未来只有克服现有的缺点，完善企业的内部管理，才能够推动企业不断发展。

2 当代企业管理中存在的问题

2.1 管理规范化程度不够

企业的战略目标可以是多重的，但是无论企业管理者制定出何种战略目标，追求利益最大化的原则是不可改变的。在企业管理的发展过程中，其实管理理念方面还存在着一定的问题，因为缺少长远的战略眼光，战略目标的制定缺乏科学性，很多企业都存在牺牲长远利益，保障眼前利益的问题。更有部分企业在发展过程中，忽视了社会效益，单纯的追求经济效益，从而影响了企业的发展空间。……
