【摘 要】目前中国石油华东、华南、华北等各化工销售企业销售的化工产品主要以合成树脂、合成橡胶为主，产品特点是固体颗粒、包装一般以塑料编织袋或牛皮纸内覆塑料膜包装，产品自上游石化生产企业生产出后，以火车或汽车运输方式运输到前沿仓储库，华北地区所销售产品均存放于前沿所租赁的仓储库。论文以华北地区业务为例，结合目前该地区的业务开展现状，对石油化工产品销售流程的安全管理进行分析。

【Abstract】At present， the selling chemical products of PetroChina East China， South China， North China and other chemical sales enterprises are mainly synthetic resin， synthetic rubber-based， product features solid particles， packaging is generally plastic woven bags or kraft paper plastic film packaging， the product is produced by upstream petrochemical production enterprises， then transport to the frontier warehouse by train or car， the products selling in North China are stored in the frontier rental warehouse. Taking the business of North China as an example， paper analyzes the safety management of the sales process of petrochemical products in combination with the present situation of the business in the region.

1 影响化工产品销售流程安全的三个因素

1.1 人对安全生产的影响

人的思想素质决定着人的事业心，责任感决定着人的工作是否认真、专心和负责；人的业务素质（包含操作技能）决定着人的自我保护和安全防范能力；人的安全意识决定着人是否自觉遵守安全生产法律、法规和管理制度，是否严格遵守操作规章，随时提高警惕，加强防范，树立安全意识。

1.2 物对安全生产的影响

对物不安全因素的辨识包括物理性危险和有害因素、化学性危险和有害因素、生物性危险和有害因素三个大类。举例来说物理性危险和有害因素有设备、设施、工具、附件（工具）、厂房、车辆、各类运输工具，化工产品存放的库房，以及装卸叉车、过磅的地秤及人为操作工具的熟练程度等。

1.3 环境对化工产品安全的影响

环境包括噪音、通风釆光、气温、粉尘、有毒有害气体、物体、放射源、工作时间（时间段和工作时间的长饾）、天气状况等因素，都可以影响产品的存放安全，以及诱发安全事故的发生。……
