摘 要 药品销售技术课程作为中职药剂专业的核心课程，文章在针对我校药剂专业学生毕业就业的现状出发，通过调研知名企业、访谈企业专家等方式开篇。在进行典型任务的分析基础上，以零售药店营业员岗位为背景，介绍了“以典型工作任务为导向的课程改革”过程，提出了适用于药品销售技术（零售方向）的课程改革方案。

Course Reform of Pharmaceutical Sales Techniques

Oriented by Typical Work Tasks

Abstract Pharmaceutical Sales Techniques is a core course of Pharmacy major in secondary vocational schools. Focused on the current employment situation of pharmacy graduates of my school， this essay starts with the investigations on well-known enterprises and interviews with enterprise experts. Based on the analysis of typical tasks with the background of the position as pharmacy assistants in retail drugstores， this essay introduces the process of “the course reform oriented by typical work tasks” and brings forward the reform scheme suited for Pharmaceutical Sales Techniques （for retail）.

職业教育的主要目的是让受教育者学会“从事符合现今社会经济发展的要求和满足自身职业能力发展需求的工作”，故中职课程教育的核心内容是“工作”，这里的“工作”是指一系列可以传授、学习、动手操作的具体工作行动即典型工作任务。所谓的典型工作任务就是用有代表性、完整的职业行动去描述的一个职业的具体工作领域，也被称作职业行动领域。典型工作任务是反映具有完整工作过程结构的综合性工作任务，体现了该职业典型的工作方式和工作内容，典型工作任务是针对职业来说的，它源自企业实践，对人的职业成长起到关键性作用。它并不一定是在工作过程中出现频率最高的岗位工作任务，而是要求比较高的综合性岗位任务。确定和描述一个职业的典型工作任务是职业教育课程专业设置的前提。要想从根本上改变学生上岗不适应，用人单位不满意的状况，必须开展确定药店营业员典型工作任务，根据药品销售过程中的典型工作任务重新组织药品销售技术（零售方向）的课程教学内容，从根本上改变过去的教学和实际工作脱节的现象，真正做到教、学、做合一。……
