摘 要 目的：在“组织胚胎学"教学中引入理实一体化教学模式，利用显微实验室教学互动系统，尝试将理论教学和实验教学有机结合，加深学生对理论知识的理解，保证知识点的完整性和连贯性，以期改善教学效果。方法：随机抽取我校2015级护理专业学生4个班共410名学生，其中2个班作为实验组，用理实一体化教学方法进行“组织胚胎学"教学；另外2个班作为对照组，用传统教学方法进行教学。结果：与传统教学方法相比，采用理实一体化教学模式，学生学习的参与度和积极性有了极大的提高，实验组形成性评价平均成绩85.2和综合成绩平均成绩 80.6，相较于对照组的76.7和 72.8均有一定提高。结论：“组织胚胎学"教学中采取理实一体化教学模式，能够加深学生对理论知识的掌握，调动学生的学习参与度，改善教学效果。

Abstract Objective： The histology and embryology teaching adopt " Integration of theory and practice " teaching model， deepen students' understanding of theoretical knowledge and improving the students' interest in learning， improve the teaching effect. Methods： Randomly selected 2015 grade students of nursing profession four classes（A total of 410 people）， in which two classes as experimental group， with a " Integration of theory and practice " teaching method in histology and embryology teaching； Two other classes as the control group， with the traditional teaching method. Compare two groups of students' formative assessment and comprehensive performance. Results： Compared with the traditional teaching methods， using the " Integration of theory and practice " teaching model， students' learning initiative and enthusiasm has improved greatly， formative assessment and comprehensive scores were increased. Conclusion： The histology and embryology teaching adopted the " Integration of theory and practice" to deepen students' understanding of theoretical knowledge and improve students' learning interest， improve the teaching effect.
