【摘 要】随着我国国民经济的发展以及石油需求量的增加，采油厂的数量和规模也在不断增长。日益增加的员工给采油厂的运营和管理带来了新的机遇与挑战。为了迎合员工对良好工作条件的要求，保持采油厂人员的稳定，采油厂的后勤事务管理要采取有效的方法。论文将就采油厂后勤事务管理的特点和具体方法进行分析和探讨。

【Abstract】With the development of our national economy and the increase demand of oil， the quantity and scale of production plant is also growing. The increasing number of staff has brought new opportunities and challenges to the operation and management of the production plant. In order to meet the requirements of employees for good working conditions and maintain the stability of personnel in oil production plants， effective measures should be taken for the management of the logistics of oil production plants. The characteristics and specific methods of logistics management in oil production plant are analyzed and discussed in this paper.

1 采油厂后勤事务管理的特点

采油厂后勤事务管理与企业其他事务的管理有一定的区别，它具有关联性、利益性、服务性、时空性、复杂性和专业性等特点[1]。

1.1 关联性

采油厂后勤事务管理不是孤立的，它是许多元素组合而成，它离不开与社会各方面的联系，从资源、人才、技术、交通、设施等方方面面都需要社会与人等的支持，因而采油厂后勤事务管理具有巨大的关联性。

1.2 利益性

从根本上来讲，采油厂后勤事务管理的最终目的是实现采油厂的最大利益，在进行的过程中需要考虑到企业各方面的利益，并且在保持应有底线的前提下，把企业的利益作为出发点。可以说，采油厂后勤事务管理具有利益性。

1.3 服务性

采油厂后勤事务管理说到底是企业的一项服务性工作，面对广大群众和国家进行，服务性是整个后勤事务管理过程的最大意义。

1.4 时空性

采油厂后勤事务管理具有时空性，它既受到时间的制约：比如每个步骤都得按照一定的时间标准进行安排，有时候还会受季节的影响。……
