【摘 要】在经济飞速发展的时代背景下，我国国有企业股份制改造不断深入，取得良好成效，但在改造的过程中，依然存在诸多内部控制问题尚待解决。基于此，论文对国有企业股份制改造后内部控制出现的问题进行了简要分析，并阐述改善国有企业股份制改造后内部控制的几点策略，此次研究的目的在于促进国有企业的高效发展。

【Abstract】Under the background of rapid economic development， the shareholding system reform of state-owned enterprises in China has been deepening and good results have been achieved. But in the process of reform， there are still a lot of internal control problems to be solved. . However， in the process of transformation， there are still many internal control problems have not been solved. Therefore， this paper briefly analyzes the problems of internal control after the share holding system reform of state-owned enterprises， and expounds some strategies to improve the internal control after the shareholding reform of state-owned enterprises， the purpose of this study is to promote the efficient development of state-owned enterprises.

1 引言

随着社会经济的稳定发展，内部控制不断发展成为权衡国有企业发展的重要标志。国有企业的内部控制制度俨然已经成为现今备受诸多企业关注的热门话题。因此，为有效提升内部控制在国有企业股份制中的作用，不仅要提升内部控制的风险管理，还应结合国有企业自身的发展，制定出符合国有企业经济发展的管理体系，从而推进国有企业的改造进度，为国有企业的长远发展做出巨大贡献。

2 国有企业股份制改造后内部控制的显著意义

2.1 有效增强国有企业的核心竞争力

有效增强国有企业的核心竞争力，能不断提升国有企业在市场环境中的重要地位。通过对国有企业展开规范化管理，并不断对国有企业股份制的内部控制进行改造，使得其在改造结束后，具有全方面发展的人才，不断促使国有企业的文化以及品牌在市场环境中有着巨大的影响力。国有企业的内部控制是将产品或者服务中所包含的理论知识及专业技巧作为主要核心内容，不断将生产经营理念进行改善，从而为有效增强国有企业的核心竞争力打下基础。……
