[摘要] 目的 观察妇产科护理管理中风险管理理念的应用效果。 方法 本次选取我院2016年3月～2017年3月妇产科的护理人员30例，将其按照不同的管理方式分为两组，观察组15例（护理风险管理），对照组15例（常规管理）；观察两组护理人员的风险事件、理论知识考核成绩、技能操作考核成绩、护理满意度。 结果 观察组护理人员的风险事件（用药错误0例、意外跌倒1（6.67%）例、感染0例、医疗纠纷0例、理论知识考核成绩[优12（80.00%）例、良3（20.00%）例、可0例、差0例]、技能操作考核成绩[优13（86.67%）例、良2（13.33%）例、可0例]、差0例、护理满意度93.33%均优于对照组（P<0.05）。 结论 对妇产科护理人员应用风险管理可以有效的减少风险事件发生率，从而提高理论知识以及技能操作能力，临床上值得推广及应用。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the application effect of risk management concept in obstetrics and gynecology nursing management. Methods 30 nurses in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected and divided into observation group （treated with nursing risk management） and control group （treated with routine management） with 15 cases in each according to different management method.Risk events，theoretical knowledge，assessment results，skill operation，assessment results and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed. Results The nursing risk events[0 case of medication errors，1 case of accidental falls（6.67%），0 case of infection，0 case of medical disputes]，theoretical knowledge score[excellent in 12 cases（80%），good in 3 （20%） cases，moderate in 0 case，poor in 0 case 0]，Skill operation examination result[excellent in 13 cases （86.67%），good in 2 cases（13.33%），moderate in 0 case，and poor in 0 case]，nursing satisfaction 93.33% in observation group were better than those of control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion Risk management to gynecological and obstetric nurses can effectively reduce the incidence of risk events.So as to improve theoretical knowledge and skills.It is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.

婦产科疾病在临床上较为常见，具有病情发展快的特点，容易出现各种各类的医疗风险事故，进而导致医患关系愈发紧张[1]；随着人们健康知识水平的不断提高以及法律意识的不断增强，越发重视临床上的护理风险，因此临床上应重视护理过程中所存在的不安全因素，对工作环节做好风险监测，并提出预防措施，从而增加医务工作者的应变能力，对降低医疗纠纷的发生率具有重要意义；为此我院在临床上对妇产科护理管理应用风险管理理念，并将科室的护理人员分为两组进行研究，于2015年开始运行，实验结果良好，现报道如下。
