【摘要】目的：分析距骨骨折手术疗效的影响因素。方法：选择近兩年我院收治的40例距骨骨折患者作为研究对象，对患者病情进行分析，结合具体情况给予手术治疗，同时对影响因素进行分析。结果：本次研究中对40例患者的治疗效果分析，实践证明，其中36例患者治疗有效，总有效率为90%。结论：影响距骨骨折的因素比较多，需要结合实际，选择对应的治疗方式，提升手术成功率。

[Abstract] Objective：To analysis the influence factors of talus fracture operation curative effect.Methods： 40 cases in our hospital in the last two years from the bone fracture patients as the research object， the patient condition is analyzed， combined with the specific circumstances for surgical treatment， and analyze the influencing factors.Results： the treatment of 40 patients in the study effect analysis， practice has proved， 36 patients with effective treatment， the total effective rate was 90%.Conclusion： the influencing factors of talus fractures is more， need combined with the actual， choose corresponding treatment， improve the success rate of surgery.

距骨骨折的发生几率比较高，对患者日常生活有严重的影响，针对其特殊性，在实践中需要根据具体情况进行治疗，避免病情受到影响。距骨骨折需要及时进行治疗，当前随着临床治疗方式的增加，治疗距骨骨折的方式也随之增加，以手术为主，其不良影响比较少，对患者自身无明显影响，能让患者尽快恢复。但是在治疗过程中受到其他因素的影响，存在很多类型的问题，导致治疗难度较大，为了避免受到其他因素的影响，需要根究临床具体治疗要求采取合适方式治疗，避免病症恶化。为了分析距骨骨折手术疗效的影响因素。方法：选择近两年我院收治的40例距骨骨折患者作为研究对象，对患者病情进行分析，结合具体情况给予手术治疗，同时对影响因素进行分析。详细如下：
