摘要介绍了太谷县的基本概况和休闲农业现状，着眼于精准扶贫下的休闲农业发展情况，认为太谷县休闲农业发展主要存在产业链构成不完善、经营方式不规范、政府引导效率低等问题。针对主要问题，建议多种渠道延长产业链，提升经营者的管理理念，并由政府多方面加强引导。旨在通过发展休闲农业转移农村剩余劳动力，促进农业产业结构调整，提升农村经济效益。

AbstractThe basic situation of Taigu County and the present situation of leisure agriculture was introduced， which focued on the development of leisure agriculture under the precise poverty alleviation. There are some problems in the development of leisure agriculture in Taigu County， such as the imperfect industrial chain， the nonstandard management mode and the low efficiency of government guidance. For the main problems， it is recommended to extend the industrial chain through multiple channels， improve the management concept of the operators， and strengthen the guidance of the government in many ways. The purpose of this paper is to transfer the surplus labor force in rural areas， promote the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure， and improve the rural economic benefit through the development of leisure agriculture.

近幾年来，我国经济社会发展水平不断提升的同时，城市里人们对于快节奏生活逐渐感觉到疲惫，休闲农业也因此变得越来越受人喜爱。休闲农业是新环境下增加休闲、生态等功能的新型农村经济发展模式，也是拓宽农业发展渠道、增加农民收入的有效途径。在国家提倡精准扶贫的大背景下，休闲农业在2017年中央一号文件当中继续成为亮点。笔者将着眼于太谷县休闲农业发展，研究存在的问题并提出解决思路，以推动其发展。

1太谷县基本概况及休闲农业现状

1.1太谷县概况太谷县位于山西省晋中市中部，总面积约1 049.92 km2，境内辖3镇6乡198个行政村。县内总人口28.8万，其中农业人口21.0万，占总人口的72.9%[1]。正是因为大量的农业人口及县内百年农业高校山西农业大学的存在，太谷县多年来一直是山西省乃至全国的农村工作发展先进区，早在20世纪60年代就是山西省“四化”发展示范县，且先后被评为山西省6个首批农业农村现代化示范县、山西省唯一省部共建新农村示范村所在县等。……
