摘要从平台创新视角，总结了我国农村绿色创业扶贫的模式，提出了“绿色产业链创业” “电商带动绿色创业”“新业态带动绿色创业”和“特殊群体带动绿色创业”4种绿色创业扶贫模式。在此基础上，提出了建立政府主导型的绿色创业扶贫体系；打造可持续的绿色创业平台；培养贫困农户绿色创业理念等相关对策建议。

AbstractBased on the perspective of platform innovation， the model of rural green entrepreneurship poverty alleviation was summaried，"green industry chain entrepreneurship" "electricity business to promote green entrepreneurship" "new industry to promote green entrepreneurship" and "special groups to promote green entrepreneurship" four green entrepreneurship poverty alleviation model were put forward.On this basis，the establishment of the governmentled green entrepreneurship poverty alleviation system；Creation of sustainable green entrepreneurship platform；cultivation of poor farmers green business ideas and other relevant countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.

隨着破坏生态环境为代价的创业模式与人们生态诉求之间的矛盾加剧，学者寻找一种兼顾创业发展与环境保护的新的创业模式，即需要建构一种兼顾生态效益和经济效益的创业模式——绿色创业模式。国外学者开始致力于绿色创业理论的研究，致力于寻找生态效益与经济效益的平衡点[1]。创业扶贫逐渐成为一个内生性的扶贫模式，正被学者和扶贫实践者所关注，通过贫困农户的创业来实现绿色创造，进而实现绿色生态创业，是整个社会绿色化进程（整个社会经历的由生态衰落向绿色可持续发展水平不断提高的创业过程）的一个阶段。研究发现，创业者伦理与制度的交互效应，影响创业机会开发的过程，需要建构一种基于创业者的伦理与制度环境交互影响下的绿色创业机会开发，才能促进社会绿色化进程[2]。对于政府而言，绿色创业蕴含管理模式的嬗变，需要抛弃“先发展经济，后整治污染”的思维惯性，强化社会管理和公共服务职能，为创业者提供优质高效服务，创造良好的创业环境，推动经济增长与环境的协调发展[3]。……
