[摘 要]莫言获得诺贝尔奖是中国文学走向世界的一个重要标志。莫言小说所特有的中国文化元素及其表达的人类普遍情感是其获得国际认同的重要基础，而海外汉学家的精湛翻译则为莫言作品在跨文化语境中实现有效传播消除了语言障碍。莫言的文学创作在书写中国民间文化的同时，蕴含了世界性的文化理念，对这一文化资源的研究将有利于加强和丰富我国文化软实力的支撑体系。

Cultural identity between China and the West： the role of overseas

dissemination of Mo Yans fictions

Abstract：Mo Yan was awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature in 2012， which marked the increasing global influence of Chinese literature. The foundation for the international acceptance of his fictions rests in the characteristic Chinese cultural elements implicated in these works and the universal human sentiments expressed therein. Besides， the effective cross-cultural dissemination of Mo Yans works is attributed to the superb translation by the overseas sinologists. In his literary creation， Mo Yan not only describes the Chinese folk culture， but also suggests some cosmopolitan cultural concepts. The study of these cultural resources will be beneficial for strengthening and enriching the supportive system of Chinas cultural soft power.

莫言是當代中国最具国际影响力的作家之一，在海内外享有很高的声誉。莫言的作品曾被译成多种语言出版并屡获国际重要奖项，最终摘得诺贝尔文学奖这一殊荣。莫言作品以山东高密东北乡文化为创作源泉，借助精准的翻译和有效的对外传播，向世界充分展示了中国民间文化的独特魅力。本文将从莫言作品的民族特性出发，研究其作品的翻译和传播特点，在此基础上探讨实现东西方文化认同的有效途径。

一、莫言作品的本土性和民族性

莫言出生于山东高密，并在此生活20多年。走上文学之路的莫言在创作上一直立足于故乡故土，其作品多以高密为地理空间，文字间散发出浓郁的地域文化气息。高密悠久的历史文化积淀和奇异多姿的风土人情成为莫言创作的不竭源泉，其作品中所体现的本土性和民族性成为世界文学的重要组成部分。……
