[摘要] 目的 对利用共情沟通方式进行妊娠糖尿病健康教育的相关效果进行分析与研究。 方法 方便选取自2015年7月—2016年11月该院收治的确诊为妊娠糖尿病患者76例，将其按照数字抽签法分为对照组与试验组，每组患者38例，对两组患者使用不同方式进行健康教育，利用调查问卷对患者各方面能力与情况进行调查与分析。结果 两组患者接受健康教育后的知识掌握情况均较健康教育前有明显提升，且运用共情沟通方式的试验组在接受健康教育后患者的健康知识掌握情况较对照组更优，提升程度均在30%以上；试验组患者在接受健康教育之后被理解、被关心体贴、被尊重感受以及对于教育内容针对性、解决实际问题作用和总体满意程度均比对照组高，其中试验组患者接受健康教育后总满意程度为97.37%，明显比对照组的81.58%高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 利用共情沟通方式对患者进行健康教育可使患者的认知、态度与行为发生变化，对孕妇的保健意识有所提高，促使其的得到良好的妊娠结局。

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of health education use Empathic communication in gravidas with gestational diabetes mellitus .Methods Convenient selection 76 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus was select from 7 2015 to 11 2016 in our hospital，It was divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the digital drawing method， 38 patients in each group. The patients in the two groups were treated with different methods to health education，the various abilities were compared between pre-and post-education. Results There was differene in the excellence rates for mastering diabetes knowledge before and after health education，The degree of ascension is above 30%（P<0.05）.At the same time， the mastery rate of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group，the experimental group Patients' psychological experience was significantly better than the control group，The total satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was 97.37%， which was significantly higher than that of the control group （81.58%），the data were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Empathy health education can change gravidas awareness，attitudes and behavior，improve their self-caring ability，lower the incidence of complications achieve good prengnacy outcom.

婦女在怀孕妊娠期间出现糖耐量异常或者糖尿病症状就是妊娠糖尿病，在一般情况下无法排除其怀孕前或怀孕初是否存在糖耐量降低情况[1]。相关数据表明，妊娠糖尿病的患病率为2%～4%，已有身孕的妇女群体中有14%～15%会存在相应症状[2]。在妊娠糖尿病的相关治疗当中，健康教育是非常重要的一个组成部分，患者可通过妊娠糖尿病健康教育将自我防护能力有效提升上去，达到顺利完成妊娠的目的。妇女妊娠糖尿病病情控制的程度和妇女妊娠的结局与妊娠糖尿病健康教育的效果之间有着非常重要的关系[3-5]。……
