摘 要 通过预试验，初步了解翅茎白粉藤的化学成分。采用化学反应鉴别法，对翅茎白粉藤藤茎的水提液、乙醇提取液及石油醚提取液进行化学成分鉴别试验。结果显示，翅茎白粉藤中含有糖类、苷类、皂苷、鞣质、黄酮类、酚类、蒽醌类、香豆素、强心苷、甾萜类、生物碱及挥发油等化学成分，可能含有少量有机酸、未检测到氨基酸、蛋白质和多肽。本试验可为翅茎白粉藤活性成分的进一步研究提供参考。

Identification of Chemical Constituents of Cissus hexangangularis

Abstract Stems of Cissus hexangangularis were extracted with water， 95% ethanol and petroleum ether to determine their chemical constituents by using the chemical reaction methods. The results showed that C. hexangangularis contained carbohydrates， glycosides， saponin， tannins， flavonoids， phenols， anthraquinones， cumarins， cardiac glycoside， steroidal terpenoids， alkaloids， volatile oils， etc. It might contain small amounts of organic acids. Amino acids， proteins and polypeptides were not detected from the extracts. The test can provide reference for further study of the active chemical constituents in C. hexangangularis.

翅莖白粉藤（Cissus hcxangangularis Thorel ex Planch）是葡萄科（Vitaceae）白粉藤属（Cissus L.）植物，别名五俭藤、拦河藤、散血龙（海南）等，是海南等热带及亚热带地区的特色药用植物，广泛分布于海南中部、东南部及西南部[1-2]。白粉藤属植物常以藤茎入药，煎水洗或捣敷可治疗跌打损伤、风湿关节痛、骨折、肿毒、痢疾、痛疮、蛇咬伤等，具有显著的清热解毒、抗菌消炎等功效[3-5]。文献显示，白粉藤属植物多数含有氨基酸、有机酸、皂苷、黄酮类化合物、酚类、萜类化合物、芪类化合物、香豆素类、生物碱等化学成分，具有抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化、抗过敏、抗肿瘤、拮抗内皮素（ET4）和蛇毒（S6b）、治疗糖尿病等多种生物活性[6]。民间常用翅茎白粉藤藤茎煎水洗或捣敷，治疗跌打损伤、刀刃伤等。但目前国内外关于翅茎白粉藤的化学成分鲜有研究，且尚未有法定标准。本文采用化学反应鉴别法[7-8]对翅茎白粉藤藤茎部分作初步成分鉴别预试，为翅茎白粉藤进一步的研究提供参考依据。……
