摘 要 巴西橡胶树是最重要的人工栽培产胶植物，天然橡胶产业是我国不可替代的民族产业。当前，我国植胶面积有限，天然橡胶的自给率严重不足，生产与消费极为不对称；劳动力成本提高伴随天然橡胶价格大幅下跌，胶工老龄化、胶工短缺现象日益严重，天然橡胶产业亟需结构性改革。本文综述了我国天然橡胶产业的发展概况，并对现状进行了分析，旨在为我国天然橡胶产业的改革发展提供参考。

Current Situation and Industrial Development of Natural Rubber in China

Abstract Rubber tree （Hevea brasiliensis Muell.Arg.） is the most important cultivated plant for rubber production in the world and the nature rubber industry is an irreplaceable national industry in China. At present， the planting area is limited， the self-sufficiency supply of natural rubber is insufficient， and the production and consumption is asymmetric. The labour cost is rising and the natural rubber price is falling， which leads to the shortage and aging of tappers. The natural rubber industry needs structural reform. The current situation and development of natural rubber industry in China was summarized and analyzed to provide reference for the reform of natural rubber industry in China.

天然橡膠是重要的战略物资和工业原料，因其具有合成橡胶不可媲美的优良特性，在航空、航天、航海、医疗和重型汽车制造业等领域的应用具有不可替代性。世界上约有2 000种植物含天然橡胶，但巴西橡胶树（简称橡胶树）因其经济寿命长、采收方便、胶乳产量高、橡胶品质好等优点，成为世界上人工栽培最重要的产胶植物。目前，世界上部分或完全用天然橡胶制成的物品已达7万种以上，被广泛应用于各个行业。

橡胶树原产南美亚马孙河流域，属大戟科多年生乔木，主要种植在南纬10°和北纬15°间的热带地区，具明显的地域性[1]。北纬17°以北曾被认为是“植胶禁区”，我国是世界上首个在北纬 18～24°范围内大面积植胶成功的国家。天然橡胶产业的稳定发展，不仅关系我国的国防、交通运输、医药卫生等众多领域的用胶安全，还影响着约300 万人、50万户少数民族和边疆农民的收入稳定与基本生计[2]，在国家的经济发展、政治稳定和国家安全中具重要的地位。……
