摘 要：采用文献资料法、田野调查法、访谈法等方法，在文化大发展大繁荣的时代背景下，对我国民族传统体育基地发展过程中的异化现象进行分析，指出我国民族传统体育基地的异化现象表现为：发展目标模糊，统领作用不明显；权力空心化，各项权益难以保障；内容失真，难以承载时代使命；管理松散化、评估形式化。对于异化的克服应肩负起民族传统体育文化传承使命，做到文化适应；善用政府扶持机制，加快基地转型升级；优化内部治理结构，提升基地治理能力 ，促进我国民族传统体育基地的可持续发展。

Abstract： By using the methods of literature review， field investigation and interview， the development and prosperity of culture in the background of alienation phenomenon during the development of Chinese traditional sports in the base are analyzed. The author pointed out that the performance of the alienation phenomenon of Chinese traditional sports base exhibits in the forms of indistinct development goal and weak leading role， difficulty to protect the interests due to weakened power； distortion of contents resulting in difficulty to carry the mission of the times； loose management and formal evaluation. To overcome the alienation， we should undertake the mission of inheriting the national traditional sports culture， meet cultural adaptation， make use of government support mechanism， accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the base， optimize the internal governance structure， enhance the base of governance capacity， and promote the sustainable development of China's national traditional sports base.

文化是民族的精神命脉和创造源泉，是国家发展和民族振兴的强大力量，提高国家文化软实力，关系“两个一百年”奋斗目标和中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的实现[1]。2011年10月18日中国共产党第十七届中央委员会第六次全体会议通过的《中共中央关于深化文化体制改革推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》，将文化大发展大繁荣上升到国家战略高度，将弘扬优秀传统文化作为增强国家发展和民族复兴的软实力。近年来，党和国家充分认识到民族传统体育文化在国家发展、民族振兴和经济社会转型发展中的地位和作用，主动谋划民族传统体育文化的传承、创新与走向世界。……
