【摘要】 目前自杀发生率较以前大幅增加，老年人作为一个容易被忽视的特殊人群，与其他年龄层人群相比，其自杀发生率很高，并倾向于自杀成功，所以自杀是老年人群中最紧急迫切的健康问题之一。对于老年人群，自杀风险与心理特征、躯体疾病、社会隔离、神经认知功能等多因素有关，这些因素常合并存在，相互作用。为了防止及有效干预老年人群自杀的发生，需要多方面预防和干预，包括全方面的评估和药物干预和心理治疗等。由于老年人群中自杀观念难于检测和确定，所以要求有多方面和多层次的方法和措施。但对于老年人群的自杀因素和干预措施还需要进一步的研究，尤其是对于中国老年人群。

【Abstract】 So far，the prevalence of suicide has increased substantially.As a special population ignored easily，the prevalence of suicide in older adults is higher than other age level populations，and suicide is incline to succeed.Suicide problem is one of the most urgent healthy problems.In older adult population， suicide risks are related with psychological characteristic， somatic disorders， society isolation， neuro-cognition，and so on，often existing together and interacting on each other.To prevent and intervene the occurring of suicide in older adult population， the precaution and intervening are needed， including medication and psychological therapy.Due to difficulty in detection and determination of suicide idea， multi-aspect and multi-level methods and measures are needed.The further studies about the suicide factors and intervene measures are also needed， especially for Chinese older adult population.

自殺是指一种个人试图结束生命的想法或行为，在过去的50年自杀率较以前已经增加了大约60%，老年人群是一个容易被忽视的特殊人群。虽然在过去30年里，老年人群中的总体自杀率有所下降，但在大多数国家，与其他年龄层面人群相比，老年人群中的自杀发生率仍最高。并且，对于老年人群，自杀更倾向于达到成功，有报道称老年人群中自杀成功率可达四分之一。对于老年人群，很多因素可以增加自杀风险，如从早年到中年时期的问题到晚年突如其来的创伤性生活事件等都可以增加自杀风险。同时，最近的研究确定神经影像学和神经认知方面的变化，也可能与自杀有关。……
