【摘要】 目的：分析产妇无痛分娩中硬膜外麻醉方式以及价值。方法：在2015年12月-2016年8月到本院分娩的产妇中选择120例作为研究对象，根据产妇入院先后顺序，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组，每组各60例。对照组采取自然分娩，试验组使用舒芬太尼和罗哌卡因硬膜麻醉予以无痛分娩，观察比较两组的镇痛效果、分娩方式和产程情况。结果：试验组0、Ⅰ级疼痛率均比对照组高，Ⅱ、Ⅲ级疼痛率均低于对照组（P<0.05）。试验组自然分娩率高于对照组，产妇潜伏期、活跃期时间和第二产程均比对照组短（P<0.05）。两组新生儿Apgar评分、催产素使用率以及出血总量比较差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：在产妇无痛分娩中实施硬膜外麻醉，镇痛效果明显，无显著不良反应，在临床具有应用价值与推广价值。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the method and value of epidural anesthesia in painless childbirth.Method：120 cases in our hospital delivery were selected from December 2015 to August 2016 as the research objects.According to maternal admission order，they were randomly divided into experiment group and control group，60 cases in each group.The control group was given natural childbirth， the experimental group was given sufentanil and ropivacaine epidural anesthesia for painless childbirth.The analgesic effects，delivery mode and the production process of two groups were observed and compared.Result：The experimental group of grade 0 and Ⅰ pain rates were higher than that in control group， grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ pain rates were lower than the control group （P<0.05）.In experimental group，the natural birth rate was higher than the control group， maternal active period of time and the second stage of labor were shorter than the control group（P<0.05）.There were not significant differences between the two groups in neonatal Apgar score， oxytocin use rate or total bleeding（P>0.05）.Conclusion：The application of epidural anesthesia in painless delivery of puerpera has obvious analgesic effect and no significant adverse reactions

分娩對产妇生理所致疼痛程度非常重，近年来随着人们生活水平的提高，对医疗技术的要求也逐渐提高，如何有效减轻分娩所致痛苦，确保分娩顺利完成，保证产妇和新生儿的安全已成为当前的医学研究人员关注的一个重要课题[1-2]。目前在临床中无痛分娩已受到医生以及产妇的广泛认可，这种分娩方式可有效缓解疼痛，确保产妇及胎儿健康，现如今在临床中已得到广泛应用[3-5]。本次研究2015年12月-2016年8月在本院分娩的产妇中选择60例实施无痛分娩，将其作为试验组，联合使用舒芬太尼和罗哌卡因予以硬膜外麻醉，取得了良好效果，具体报告如下。
