【摘要】 目的：探析外周动静脉同步换血治疗重症高胆红素血症的临床效果及对患儿脑功能的影响。方法：选取2014年9月-2016年8月本院收治的33例重症高胆红素血症患儿为主要研究对象，所有患儿均接受振幅整合脑电图检查外，同时接受周动静脉同步换血治疗，对所有患儿的检查及治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果：经治疗后，患儿的各项血清胆红素指标、白细胞计数、血小板计数、血糖指标、血红蛋白指标与治疗前相比差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：外周动静脉同步换血治疗重症高胆红素血症的临床效果较为显著，可提升患儿的生存质量，值得在临床上进一步应用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze peripheral arteriovenous synchronous change of the clinical effect of treatment of severe high blood bilirubin and its influence on children with brain function.Method：33 children with severe high blood bilirubin were selected in our hospital from September 2014 to August 2016 as the main research objects， all the children were examined by eeg amplitude integration，weeks arteriovenous synchronous change blood therapy at the same time，the examination and the treatment effect of all the children were retrospectively analyzed.Result：After treatment，the levels of serum bilirubin， white blood cell count， platelet count， blood glucose and hemoglobin were better than before treatment， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of severe peripheral arteriovenous synchronous change high bilirubin levels，the clinical effect is significant，can promote the patient's quality of life，it is worth further application in clinic.

本研究拟以2014年9月-2016年8月本院收治的33例重症高胆红素血症患儿为主要研究对象，对外周动静脉同步换血治疗重症高胆红素血症的临床效果及对患儿脑功能的影响进行评价和分析，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 本研究选取2014年9月-2016年8月本院收治的33例重症高胆红素血症患儿为主要研究对象，其中男21例，女12例；日龄1～18 d，平均（10.26±1.59）d；早产儿15例，足月儿18例。病例纳入标准：（1）患儿严重贫血、黄疸；（2）新生儿出生后出现早期胆红素脑病症状；（3）产前检查确诊为高胆红素血症，且出生时脐带血红蛋白<120 g/L，患儿同时伴有心力衰竭、水肿、肝脾肿大症状；（4）患儿的血清胆红素水平持续升高，且持續高于342 μmol/L；（5）在开展此次研究前，所有新生儿家属对此次研究的过程及结果均有知情权，获得家属签字同意，同时获得医院伦理委员会批准。

1.2 方法 所有患儿均接受振幅整合脑电图检查，患儿入院后即采集血液标本送检。……
