摘 要：我国经济经过了30多年的快速发展阶段，受世界经济的影响呈现出放缓的现象。为了改进传统实体经济中不适应现代经济发展新常态的方面，通过分析“互联网+”网络经济同现代经济发展的关系、作用和影响，提出了借助“互联网+”的广泛应用，加速网络经济与实体经济有机融合，加快传统实体经济的升级和转型，促进现代实体经济健康发展建议。

Abstract： After 30 years of rapid development， China's economy has been slowing down by the influence of the world economy. 在我国经济增长成为世界第二大经济体的时刻，以互联网为代表的信息技术在各行业、各领域的广泛应用，使得网络经济已经成为现代经济发展的核心力量，它依靠信息的快速传递对经济发展方式的拓展，并且不断激发产生更高更多的社会需求，从而促进互联网技术依托网络更深入地渗透到人们生活的各方面，在满足消费者需求的同时，通过计算机网络最新成果的不断研发、应用和转化，协调和促进经济运行，调动更多的经济实体参与进来，推动了现代经济发展的快速健康发展。

1 “互联网+”与现代经济发展的关系

2015年6月国务院常务会议全面部署推进“互联网+”国家行动战略，从此拉开了“互联网+”为我国传统实体经济升级转型的序幕。“互联网+”使我国传统实体各行业同网络经济进行有机的融合，为推动经济发展提供了最直接、最有效的新动力引擎，从而引领和促进传统行业实现质的跨越。它突破时间和地域的限制，促进创业创新、协同制造、现代农业、智慧能源、普惠金融、公共服务、高效物流、电子商务等行业新产业模式形成，实现对产能过剩、低效能传统实体经济的结构调整，振兴现代实体经济稳健发展。……
