摘 要：文章从服务质量的角度研究评价校园快递企业，在相关文献的基础上，提出利用生命周期理论选取评价指标，构建评价指标体系，进而保证指标选取的科学、合理，也为今后的相关研究在评价指标选取方面提供研究思路和方法；同时结合层次分析法以及模糊综合评价法形成评价模型，在文中也被确认具有可行性，可以作为评价模型进行校园快递服务质量的评价。最后，选取顺丰、圆通、申通和中通等快递企业进行服务质量评价，并针对评价结果提出相关建议和意见。

Abstract： This paper studies evaluation of express enterprise on campus from the view point of service quality. Also on the basis of the relevant literature， this paper puts forward the use of life cycle theory to select evaluation indicators and build evaluation index system， so as to guarantee the scientific and reasonable index selection. This paper also provides the research mentality and the method for the future related research in the appraisal target selection aspect； at the same time， the evaluation model which combined with analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method， has confirmed the feasibility and can be used as evaluation model to evaluate the service quality in express enterprise on campus. Finally， this paper selects some express enterprises such as SF， ZTO， YT， STO， to evaluate service quality and put forward relevant suggestions and opinions for evaluation results.

隨着互联网技术的发展与普及，人们的生活方式发生了很大的改变。在“互联网+”的背景下，网上购物逐渐成为主流购物方式，网购已经改变了大多数人的生活，越来越多的人习惯了线上订单，线下收取快递的生活。这种模式即对现代快递企业带来快速发展的机会，同时也对快递企业提出了巨大的挑战。另一方面，作为网上购物的主力军，大学生为推进网络购物的发展做出了巨大的贡献。当前，校园内的快递市场更是成为了大多数快递企业争夺的市场之一。但在校园快递这个市场内，由于相关快递企业的不规范和不合理的配送现象存在，导致很多问题的产生，如何提高校园快递企业的服务质量则成了一个主要的研究焦点。因此，本文从校园快递的角度出发，试图通过构建校园快递服务质量评价指标体系，结合模糊综合评价法，进行校园快递企业服务质量的评价，从而在发现问题的同时，帮助校园快递企业朝着规范化、合理化的方向发展。……
