摘 要 当前，随着信息化技术和移动智能终端的快速普及，智慧校园建设进入了快车道。在这种背景下，如何推动学校教学资源的数字化建设，提升校园数字化建设的真实水平，是实施智慧校园建设的关键环节。本文从智慧校园的建设背景出发，探讨了教学资源数字化建设的具体思路，从加强数字化基础设施建设、校园网站建设、管理机制建设、信息化培训以及创新绩效考评模式等五个方面展开具体论述，以期为教学资源数字化建设提供参考。

Abstract At present， with the rapid popularization of information technology and mobile intelligent terminal， intelligent campus construction into the fast lane. In this context， how to promote the digital construction of school teaching resources， and enhance the true level of digital campus construction， is the key to the implementation of intelligent campus construction. This article from the construction background of smart campus based on the specific idea of digital teaching resources construction， concretely discuss from the five aspects of strengthening the construction of infrastructure， the digital campus website construction and management mechanism construction， informatization training and innovation performance evaluation model， in order to provide reference for the construction of digital teaching resources.

0 引言

隨着计算机技术和互联网技术的迅速发展，大部分学校都在建设校园网的进程中迈出了重要步伐，依托校园网推动教学资源数字化建设，成为智慧校园建设的重要环节。在衡量一个学校智慧校园建设水平时，教学资源数字化建设和利用水平已经成为重要参考指标。随着移动智能终端如平板电脑、智能手机的日益普及，传统的使用电脑终端获取教学资源的方式逐渐显示出滞后性，必将被智能化的手段替代。

1 智慧校园背景下教学资源数字化建设的必要性

在智慧校园建设过程中，教学资源数字化指的是在使用通讯技术、计算机技术和网络技术的基础上，推动学校管理、教学工作、科研发展、生活服务等各种信息资源全面数字化，从而为师生提供便捷的信息服务。
