摘 要 针对目前财经类院校计算机专业教育的现状及存在的不足，对MOOC教育背景下财经类院校计算机专业发展的角色定位、如何改革现有的教学模式，形成具有财经特色的计算机创新教学方法进行了分析研究，认为财经类院校可以通过借助MOOC资源创新人才培养模式、通过“三结合、三提高”、“依托程序竞赛”等，结合自身财经类院校特点，在教学内容更新、提高师资力量、教学方法改革等方面进行创新。

Abstract According to the present situation of financial college computer science education and the lack of MOOC Education under the background of how the role， financial college computer science development and reform the existing teaching mode， analyses the formation of innovation of computer teaching method has the characteristics of Finance and economics， finance and economics colleges that can through the use of MOOC resources， innovating the mode of talent training through "three combinations， three improvement"， "Relying on the program contest" and so on， combined with their own financial institutions， on the teaching content， improve teachers， teaching methods and other aspects of reform and innovation.

0 引言

在高等教育走向内涵式发展的今天，创新教育已经受到人们的普遍关注。特别是近几年来，计算机专业的学生就业面临着新的挑战，地方本科院校的计算机专业、尤其是在“财经类”、“创新”这个大环境下，面临的就业压力更大。财经类院校设立计算机专业的目的是要提高财经领域内计算机的应用程度，培养高水平的经济统计领域的复合型创新建模人才。[1]但是，作为以经济、统计为主的财经类院校很难培养出符合市场需求的高素质毕业生。究其原因，不是市场没有需求，相反市场需求潜力仍然很大。随着信息技术的发展，社会对毕业生实践动手能力的需求标准逐年提高，加之财经类院校在培养学生的过程中，没有满足社会在信息时代对经济、统计类人才的需求。造成财经类院校许多计算机专业的学生毕业后无法就业，或形成了学校教育和社会需求的脱节。……
