[摘要] 随着我国人口老龄化的持续发展，老年人已成为占有医疗资源的重要群体。如何应对人口老龄化所带来的老年健康服务，尤其是护理需求的增加是护理专业面临的现实问题。本文从护理需求的概念、国内外老年人护理需求的评价工具、内容、影响因素、满足情况几方面的研究现状进行了总结，以期为调查和满足住院老年人的护理需求提供方法或参考依据，从而提高老年护理服务质量和满意度。

[Abstract] As the development of aging population of our country， the elderly has become an important group occupying medical resource. How to face with the increasing of health service especially nursing needs is a realistic question our nursing profession should confront with. This article summarizes the research status from these aspects below： the concept of nursing needs， the evaluation tools of nursing needs， contents of nursing needs， influencing factors and satisfy situation of nursing needs of the elderly at home and abroad， hoping to provide methods and references for investigating and satisfying the nursing needs of elderly people in hospital， thus increasing the quality and satisfaction degree of elderly nursing service.

我國在社会经济快速发展的同时也带来了老龄化问题。据统计，全国60岁以上的老年人口达2.20亿，约占总人口的15%[1]。我国显著的老龄化趋势给社会经济、文化、生活、医疗等方面提出了更高的挑战与要求。2012年，原卫生部在《关于加强医院临床护理工作的通知》中强调“我国目前面临着不断增长的老年人医疗卫生需求与保障服务能力不相适应的严峻挑战”[2]。因此，在护理工作中，尽早正确评估患者的需求状况，并采取措施协助满足患者的护理需求，是护理人员应尽的职责，也是优质护理服务的要求[3]。老年人的医疗保障正在逐渐成为当前医改中的重要内容[4]，由于老年人口的急剧增加以及老年慢性病的特点，老年患者住院率也呈大幅度上升趋势。如何满足住院老年人的护理需求，成为许多学者和临床护理工作者探索的课题。本文对国内外住院老年人护理需求的研究进行分析，以期根据国情、借鉴国际护理经验，以更好地为在院老年人提供高质量的护理服务以及医院护理服务质量管理提供参考依据。……
