摘要：目的 探讨自我管理模式在抑郁症患者中的应用效果，旨在提高患者自我管理能力。方法 选择我院2015年1月～10月收治的102例抑郁症患者作为研究对象，随机分成研究组（n=50）和对照组（n=52），对照组给予常规性健康教育和抗抑郁药物治疗，研究组在此基础上给予自我管理能力训练，在入组时、教育干预8 w末和出院1年后分别进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、社會功能缺陷筛选量表（SDSS）、总体幸福感量表（GWB）、自尊量表（SES）、一般自我效能感量表（GSES）等评定，并进行比较。结果 入组时两组在HAMD、SDSS、GWB、SES、GSES量表评分相近，干预后两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），且研究组在HAMD、SDSS、GWB、SES、GSES改善程度优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 实施自我管理模式可以提高抑郁症患者自我管理能力，有效降低复发，恢复社会功能，提高生活质量。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of self management mode in patients with depression，in order to improve the self-management of patients.Methods 102 cases of depression patients in our hospital January 2015 to October were treated as the research object，randomly divided into study group （n=50） and control group （n=52），the control group were given routine health education and antidepressants the treatment，research group on the basis of self management ability training in the group，education intervention at the end of W 8 and discharged after 1 years were evaluated with Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD），social disability screening schedule （SDSS），general well-being scale （GWB），self esteem scale （SES）.The general self-efficacy scale（GSES） evaluation，and compare.Results In the group of two groups in HAMD，SDSS，GWB，SES，GSES scores were similar，statistically significant differences between the two groups after the intervention（P<0.05），and the research group at HAMD，SDSS，GWB，SES，GSES is better than control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of self management mode to to improve the self-management ability of patients with depression， reduce recurrence，improve social function and improve the quality of life.

抑郁症是一种复发率高、致残率高和自杀率高的慢迁延性疾病，往往给个人、家庭及社会带来沉重的精神和经济负担，大多数患者存在严重的社会功能损害，往往预后不好[1-2]。有研究显示自我管理模式是用于慢性疾病管理的有效方式之一[3]，其核心理念是强调患者的慢性疾病管理中的中心作用，提高患者自我管理疾病的能力。为了使患者更好回归社会和预防复发，本文选取在嘉兴市康慈医院心身疾病科住院的抑郁症患者进行有针对性的自我管理教育并随访1年，现将结果报告如下：

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料 选取2015年1月～10月在嘉兴市康慈医院心身疾病科住院的抑郁症患者102例为研究对象，且所有患者的诊断标准符合《精神与行为障碍分类（ICD-10）》诊断标准，以上患者随机分成两组。研究组50例，男26例，女24例，平均年龄（33.8±6.7）岁，受教育平均年限（10.2±3.4）年，平均病程（4.35±2.14）年；……
