Safety Evaluation of Road Transportation of Dangerous Goods Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

摘要：通過对危险货物道路运输系统风险影响因素的分析，对危险货物道路运输系统指标进行评价，同时采用模糊综合评价法和专家打分法相结合的方法，建立危险货物道路运输安全模糊综合评价模型，对危险货物道路运输系统的安全状况进行分析和研究。

Abstract： Through the analysis of factors influencing the risk of dangerous goods road transport system， the index system of road transportation of dangerous goods is evaluated. At the same time， the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and expert scoring method are used to build the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of road transportation safety of dangerous goods and analyze and study the safety status of the road transportation system for dangerous goods.

0 引言

近年来，随着改革开放和市场经济体制的不断发展和完善，我国的市场化程度不断加深，经济社会取得了飞速发展，一跃超越美国成为了世界第一大经济体。作为国民经济支柱性产业之一的化工业，也伴随着经济社会发展所带来的旺盛需求获得了快速发展，近些年在经济结构中的比重持续上升。公路运输作为一种简捷方便的运输方式，使它比铁路、航空运输具有更大的优越性，尤其在实现“门到门”的运输中，其重要性更为显著。根据统计显示，近几年我国每年道路运输危险货物约在2亿吨左右，道路运输危险货物的品种、数量不断增加，运输货物覆盖了易燃液体、爆炸品、易燃固体、毒害物品等危险货物。这些物品在公路运输时，一旦发生事故，其危害和后果非常严重，形成一个个流动的危险源。

危险货物因其自身的易燃易爆特性，一旦在运输途中发生事故，给人们生命财产安全带来的后果及危害要远远大于普通物品交通事故。因此，对危险货物道路运输安全问题开展研究已逐渐成为近年来的研究热点。……
