摘要： 为保证矿建施工企业顺利而成功的转产生产运营，文章先对矿建施工企业的转产转型的优势进行阐述，接下来又立足于矿建施工企业与生产矿井企业在管理模式、人力资源管理、人员配置和管理理念、工程管理和工程技术人员知识结构的实际，认真分析了矿建施工企业转产生产运营的劣势和应采取的措施，力求拓展矿建施工管理人员的管理思路，为矿建施工企业转产矿井生产运营提供一定的帮助。

Abstract： In order to ensure the smooth and successful transferring production operations of the mine construction enterprise， this paper expounds the transformation advantages of mine construction enterprises. And then based on mine construction enterprises and production of mine enterprises in the management model， human resource management， staffing and management concepts， engineering management and engineering and actual technical personnel knowledge structure， the disadvantages of the production and operation and its measures of the mine construction enterprise are analyzed to expand the management idea of the mine construction management personnel and provide some help for the mine production operations of mine construction enterprises.

0 引言

随着矿建施工市场的逐步萎缩，部分矿建施工企业逐步在向矿井生产运营转产。在许多人的思维里，矿建施工与煤矿生产联系比较紧密，业务比较相近，甚至认为基本没有什么区别，但事实上，从管理角度、工程专业上来分析以及现实中的实际情况来看，矿建施工与矿井生产运营还是有很大的不同。所以，矿建施工企业在转产的过程中难免会遇到或多或少的问题，有些问题可能会严重影响矿建企业转型发展的前进步伐，甚至会阻滞其发展。作为矿建企业的转型发展的管理人员，应给予充分重视。下面将对矿建施工企业转产生产运营的优势和劣势作进一步的探讨。
