摘要： 在会计系统中，有两个部分，分别是财务会计、管理会计。长期以来，大部分企业管理者认为管理会计是对内，财务会计是对外。当前，在社会经济的快速发展下，二者之间的联系越来越紧密，其界限也不断模糊化。基于此，企业需要构建合理的管理会计与财务会计系统，正确都见计量模式。在此基础上，更好的发挥二者的合力，促进企业的快速、稳定，以及可持续发展。

Abstract： In the accounting system， there are two parts， financial accounting and management accounting. For a long time， the majority of business managers believe that management accounting is internal， financial accounting is external. At present， under the rapid development of social economy， the relationship between the two is closer and closer， and its boundaries are constantly blurred. Based on this， enterprises need to build reasonable management accounting and financial accounting system and correct the measurement mode， so as to better play the two forces， and promote the rapid， stable and sustainable development for enterprises.

0 引言

会计系统由信息生成与利用系统组成。随着时间的演变，会计系统又被细分为管理会计与财务会计。其中，财务会计的内容主要是对企业内部活动进行监督、核算，包括信息的提供与解释等。与此同时，管理会计的工作主要是基于企业管理信息需求，进而分化出来的业务。具体来讲，管理会计就是对历史信息进行分析，然后预测企业的经济活动，属于服务范畴。近年来，在全球经济一体化的影响下，二者不断趋于融合。本文的研究是分析管理会计与财务会计的本质，以及二者融合的发展趋势。当前，虽然国内外在这方面进行了大量的研究，但是主要是泛泛而谈，缺乏深入研究。在这种情况下，导致二者在实际融合中，存在很多问题，有待研究。

1 管理会计与财务会计融合的基础

管理会计与财务会计都属于经济活动，为企业的发展而服务。二者相互联系，相互配合，促进了企业的发展。
