摘要： 近些年，隨着交通事业的蓬勃发展，我国正在从桥梁工程建设的大国向桥梁工程建设强国迈进。桥梁工程项目，尤其是特大型桥梁工程项目，作为我国交通发展过程中的重中之重，在给施工企业带来更多机遇的同时也使得他们在施工成本控制方面的问题日益凸显。价值工程作为一种成本控制行之有效的解决途径，最初仅仅被应用于工业领域的设备产品制造业中，如今在建筑领域，也已受普遍关注。本文结合香丽高速公路虎跳峡金沙江特大桥项目，同时结合桥梁施工特点，用具体数据说明，运用价值工程对其进行施工成本控制分析是切实可行的，并针对文中存在的问题提出了相应的解决措施。

Abstract： In recent years， with the vigorous development of the transportation industry， China is moving from a big country to a great power in the construction of bridge engineering. Bridge engineering projects， especially large bridge engineering project， as a priority among priorities in the development process of China's traffic， brings more opportunities to the construction enterprises also make them become increasingly prominent in the construction cost control problems. Value engineering， as a kind of effective way to solve the cost control， was initially applied to the equipment manufacturing industry in the industrial field， and now it has been widely concerned in the field of architecture. Combined with the project of Jinsha River Bridge in Tiger Leaping Gorge on Shangri-La-Lijiang Superhighway， and combined with the characteristics of bridge construction， it is proved by the specific data that the application of value engineering construction cost control analysis is feasible， and the corresponding measures to solve the existing problems are put forward.

0 引言

目前，我国桥梁工程施工企业一直在不断地完善成本控制体系，但在成本控制方面与发达国家仍有较大差距，在施工过程中暴露出很多问题。比如预算严重超标、成本控制程序不规范等等。因此，施工企业迫切需要一套完整有效的方法体系来对成本进行控制。

实践表明，作为一种集技术、经济于一体的成本控制方法，价值工程能够最大限度和较高效地组织并利用资源，在满足项目所需功能的同时，削减一些不必要的成本，同时，对所选择的最佳方案进行进一步的优化，最终使其价值达到最优。
