摘 要 本文以厦门市高校“未来之星”导游大赛为例，对历届大赛情况进行梳理，分析不同专业参赛选手从赛前准备到各方面人文素养得到飞跃提升的培养过程以及后勤组织工作团队的可贵素质养成，访谈厦门旅游局、厦门旅游培训中心、旅游企业、相关师生并记录成果分析，达到当代高校大学生人文素养提升创新要求， 同时为其他专业教师提供借鉴意义。

Process Management of Subject Competition

——Take the "future star" tour guide contest as an example

Abstract This paper takes Xiamen City University of the "future star" tour guide contest as an example， combing the previous contest， analysis of different professional players from the preparation to all aspects of the humanities training process and valuable quality leap to improve logistics organization team to develop， analyze the interview Xiamen Tourism Bureau， Xiamen tourism training center， tourism enterprises some teachers and students， and record the results， to contemporary college students' humanistic quality to promote innovation， and provide reference for other professional teachers.

高校学科竞賽是指在紧密结合高校课堂教学和专业知识的基础上，以竞赛的方法，激发学生理论联系实际和独立工作的能力，通过实践来发现问题、解决问题，培养学生学习兴趣，增强学生学习自信心的系列化活动。①在教育部、财政部2007年颁发的《关于实施高等学校本科教学质量与改革工程的意见》文件中，明确把加强学科竞赛工作纳入到“实践教学与人才培养模式改革创新”这一重要建设内容，并对于相关具备较大影响力的大学生学科竞赛活动给予资助政策，全面激发大学生参与学科竞赛活动的兴趣和热情。这很大程度上体现了学科竞赛是高校创新人才培养的重要途径。

目前，为学界和高校普遍关注的学科竞赛一般是指那些竞赛规模和规格较高的国际性、全国性的竞赛活动，大部分是理工科类竞赛，如ACM国际大学生程序设计大赛，IMAGINE CUP 微软全球学生大赛（微软创新杯），美国大学生数学建模竞赛（MCM），全国大学生数学建模与计算机应用竞赛，全国大学生机械创新设计大赛，全国大学生智能汽车竞赛等。……
