[摘要]目的 探讨生大黄加乳果糖保留灌肠治疗急性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法 选取2016年1～9月我院收治的急性胰腺炎患者86例为研究对象，采用随机数字表将患者随机分为研究组和对照组，对照组采用常规方法治疗，研究组在对照组治疗基础上采用生大黄加乳果糖保留灌肠治疗，比较两组患者的疗效及症状缓解时间、进食时间、住院时间、不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组患者总有效率（95.35%）显著高于对照组（79.07%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组患者腹痛消失时间、发热消失时间、进食时间及住院时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。两组患者在治疗过程中均未发生严重不良反应。结论 生大黄加乳果糖保留灌肠治疗急性胰腺炎可促进患者胃肠功能恢复，促进患者康复，提高临床疗效。

[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of Raw Rhubarb plus retention enema of lactulose treating acute pancreatitis.Methods 86 cases with acute pancreatitis treated by our hospital from January to September 2016 were selected as subject investigated，and they were randomly divide into study group and control group.Control group was treated by conventional methods，while research group was treated by Raw Rhubarb plus retention enema of lactulose on the base of treatment of control group.Curative effect and remission time of symptom，eating time，hospitalization time，the incidence of adverse reaction between two groups was compared respectively.Results The total effective rate （95.35%） in patients of study group was significantly higher than that in control group （79.07%），and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Disappeared time of abdominal pain and fever，eating time and hospitalization time was shorter than that of control group respectively，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.01）.No serious adverse reaction occurred during the treatment in two groups.Conclusion Raw Rhubarb plus retention enema of lactulose treating acute pancreatitis can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients，promote the recovery of patients and improve the curative effect.

急性胰腺炎为消化内科常见急重症，为多种病因导致胰酶在胰腺内被激活，对自身组织进行消化，以腹痛、恶性、呕吐、发热、血尿胰酶水平升高为主要临床表现，如不及时治疗可引起腹膜炎及周围组织、器官炎症反应，严重者危及生命[1]。临床中常规采用胃肠减压、抑制胰酶分泌等方法治疗，但部分患者不能获得较为显著的疗效[2]。生大黄、乳果糖保留灌肠治疗急性胰腺炎对促进患者的胃肠功能恢复有显著作用。为探究生大黄加乳果糖保留灌肠对急性胰腺炎的治疗效果，笔者研究如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料
