【摘要】在高等教育大众化、国际化和现代化的发展背景下，传统封闭的教研室工作模式与职能定位，难以适应现代教育教学改革发展需要，厘清教研室工作职责，对于提升教研室工作水平，提高高校教学质量乃至大学内涵建设水平，都具有重要的意义。论文对我国高校教研室工作的9个职能进行了分析探讨，以期对我国高校教研室工作的职能定位提供参考。

【Abstract】Under the background of the development of higher education popularization， internationalization and modernization， the traditional closed working mode and function positioning of teaching and research sections are difficult to adapt to modern education and teaching reform. Clarifying the job responsibilities of the department is of great significance to improve the level of work and the quality of teaching， also to raise the level of university connotation construction. This paper analyzes nine functions of the teaching and research section in our country， in order to provide reference for the function of the teaching and research sections of collages and universities in our country.

高等学校教学研究室（简称教研室）是高校根据学校建设和发展需要，按照学科、专业、课程而设置的教学与科研相结合的基层教学、研究与管理组织[1-3]。高校教研室是高校“校、院（系）、教研室”三级教学管理体系和内部治理体系的重要组成部分[4]；是大学治理的逻辑起点和大学实施内涵建设的关键[5-6]。随着高等教育的大众化、国际化和现代化的发展，社会对高校人才培养质量提出了更高的要求[4]，厘清教研室工作职责，对于提升教研室工作水平，提高高校教学质量乃至大学内涵建设水平，具有重要的意义。高校教研室的工作职能与职责，涉及高校教育教学工作的方方面面和高校内涵建设与发展的主要领域，主要包括教学工作、科学研究工作、人才培养工作、管理工作，以及专业建设、学科建设、师资队伍建设、课程建设、实验室建设等多个方面。……
