摘 要：中国悠久的历史文化和丰富的农耕文明造就了一大批非物质文化遗产，在工业化和现代化飞速发展的进程中，非物质文化遗产的多样性和地域性受到了严重的破坏，它所承载的传统文化与历史特征遭遇了传承危机，非物质文化遗产的产业化保护与发展渐渐受到关注。浏阳花炮制作技艺的产业化运作是手工技艺类非遗产业化较为成功的案例，本文分析了其产业集群模式、技术革新模式、创意文化品牌模式、虚拟价值链模式，为我国非物质文化遗产产业化保护与开发提供了很好的借鉴意义。

Primary Exploration of Liuyang Fireworks Industrialization Mode in Intangible Cultural Heritage Perspectives

Abstract： Due to the Chinese long history and rich culture of farming civilization， there has a large number of intangible cultural heritage created. In the process of rapid development of industrialization and modernization， the diversity and regionalism of the intangible cultural heritage has suffered serious destruction， its traditional culture and historical characteristics has suffered a succession crisis. Therefore the industrialization of the intangible cultural heritage draws attention. Liuyang fireworks production technique is one of the successful industrial intangible cultural heritages. This article analyzes the industrial cluster mode， technological innovation mode， creative culture brand mode and virtual value chain mode， which has some good reference value and significance.

一、引 言

中国悠久的历史文化和丰富的农耕文明造就了一大批非物质文化遗产，这是广大劳动人民上千年智慧的结晶，也是我国民族文化的珍贵宝藏。在工业化和现代化飞速发展的进程中，非物质文化遗产的多样性和地域性受到了严重的破坏，它所承载的传统文化与历史特征遭遇了传承危机。虽然政府对非物质文化遗产的保护相当重视，并且投入了大量的人力物力和财力，但是非物质文化遗产的消亡现象日益严重。在这种情况下，我们迫切需要转变传统保护思路和方法，而对非物质文化遗产进行产业化保护与发展渐渐受到关注。

首先，非物质文化遗产作为文化产业中重要的一部分，其产业化保护和发展能带动旅游、演艺等第三产业的发展，让传统丰富的民俗文化、手工技艺等得到增值，很好的促进了我国产业优化升级。……
