摘 要：在社会养老服务体系建设中，居家养老因其结合了家庭照顾和社区服务的双重福利而受到鼓励。已有的居家养老服务模式受制于产品单一化和需求多样化之间的矛盾。结合广义虚拟经济理论和互联网众筹，提出居家养老众筹模式。从异质性需求的满足和价值共创的角度分析了这一模式的运行机制和优势所在。

Analysis on Crowd-Funding Mode for Home-Based Care for the Aged Under the View of Generalized Virtual Economy

Abstract： In the construction of old-age service system， home-based care for the aged is encouraged because it brings double benefits of family care and community services. The existing mode is subject to the contradiction between product simplification and demand diversification. We propose a crowd-funding mode for home-based care for the aged based on the generalized virtual economy and the internet. The operational mechanism and the advantages are analyzed from the view of heterogeneous demanding and value co-production.

一、引 言

随着我国人口老龄化的逐步加深，养老问题从传统的家庭内部管理问题发展成为需要家庭和社会协同管理的问题。能否找到一种既适合于中国传统养老理念又适合于现代社会发展的养老模式，不仅关系到每家每户是否能做到家庭和睦邻里和谐，同时也关系到整个社会是否能持续健康稳定发展。

孙涛等人认为[1]，单纯的家庭养老模式存在着某些内在缺陷，具有一定的不稳定性以及不可持续性的特征，可以通过社会保险来克服这些缺陷。张川川等人也同样认为[2]，传统的"养儿防老"模式存在着不可持续性。但他们同时又发现，希望通过社会养老来完全替代传统的家庭养老其效果也并不是十分理想。张苏等人研究了居住安排、养老保险和家庭孝养伦理对家庭福利代际帕累托改进的作用[3]，发现孝养伦理对代际资源配置的帕累托改进具有明显影响，反映出家庭和谐和社会保险的结合有助于养老资源的更有效利用。……
